Business
Business, for teams
$49 a month, billed monthly, with 5 seats included and $3 a month per extra seat. Seats follow your member count automatically as people join and leave. Subscribe from the Organizations section in the app.
When a ceiling is reached, AI calls pause for that member or organization until the month resets or an admin raises the limit. There are no overage charges, and the editor keeps working throughout.
Shared workbooks and invites
Create an organization, invite members, and share its workbooks. Not live co-editing: everyone opens the latest saved version.
No preset AI limit
AI usage is included in the subscription and metered in credits so you can see it. It is uncapped by default; admins can set a monthly credit ceiling for the organization or for individual members.
Every call in a ledger
Admins can see each AI call with the model and token counts behind it.
Shared =AI() results
The same prompt on the same data is computed once for the organization, and charged once.
Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One credit is 5 cents of AI model usage. Requests are charged by what the model call actually costs, so a short edit spends a fraction of a credit and filling =AI() down a long column spends more. A cached =AI() result is not charged again.
What happens when the AI budget runs out?
AI features pause until the budget resets: the next day on Free, the first of the next month on Pro and Max. The editor keeps working, so your workbooks stay fully editable by hand.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Only the AI budget: 200 credits a month on Pro, 2,000 a month on Max. Both include Max mode. Pro suits a few AI requests on most working days; Max suits filling =AI() down long columns regularly.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly is charged once a year and costs the same as ten months. Cancel anytime and access stays until the end of the paid period.
How is Business billed?
$49 a month with 5 seats included, then $3 a month per extra seat, adjusted automatically as members join and leave. AI usage is included and metered in credits with no preset allowance; it is uncapped until an admin sets a monthly ceiling for the organization or a member. Reaching a ceiling pauses AI calls until the month resets or the limit is raised. There are no overage charges.
