What's a credit?
One credit is 5 cents of AI model usage. Requests are charged by what the model call actually costs, so a short edit spends a fraction of a credit and filling =AI() down a long column spends more. An =AI() result that is already computed comes from cache and is not charged again. The app shows what you have spent and what is left today.

What happens when the daily budget runs out?
AI features pause until the next day. The editor keeps working, so your workbooks stay fully editable by hand.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Only the daily AI budget: 40 credits a day on Pro, 400 on Max. Pro suits a few AI requests on most working days; Max suits filling =AI() down long columns regularly.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly is charged once a year and costs the same as ten months. Cancel anytime and access stays until the end of the paid period.
How is Business billed?
$49 a month with 5 seats included, then $3 a month per extra seat. AI usage is covered by the subscription and metered in credits with no daily limit; admins can set a monthly ceiling per organization or per member.
